Shiva Bharati Trust, a Registered Society under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 established to propagate Educational and Cultural Activities in North Karnataka, gifted land to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan to set up a Management Institute to impart quality management education with Indian values marking a new initiative of Bhavan in the field of management education in North Karnataka.

Bhavan’s S.A. Institute of Management (BSAIM) still under construction, brings to the aspirants, Post Graduate Diploma in Management a quality post graduate management education from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). The Centre was inaugurated in July 2009. The Management Institute is functioning since July 2009
