The construction of the Kendra in Shivamogga was started in 2008 on the 1.5 acres of land donated by Dr. Balasimha for the purposes of setting up a school. The building is complete and the academic programme of Dr. D. Krishnamurthy and Smt. Kamalamma Memorial school commenced in the academic year 2009-10. This school will have Kindergarten to Class X with CBSE pattern of syllabus.

Bhavan’s Centre at the above location was formally inaugurated in December 2009 by His Exellency Shri. H.R. Bharadwaj, Hon’ble Governor of Karnataka.
